PCF Sparkle*Tots Nanyang celebrated its first Racial Harmony Day (RHD) on 21 July 2010. This is a day for the childcare children to celebrate Singapore’s success as a harmonious nation built on a rich diversity of cultures. This commemorative event helps to promote inter-racial understanding amongst our children. It is also a part of National Education.The RHD celebration is a reminder to our educators, children and stakeholders that promoting social cohesion and racial harmony requires constant effort from all. Staff and children were dressed in traditional costumes, different heritage and tradition found in Singapore were shared and traditional delicacies were served in the celebration.
